Don’t just take our word for it, hear what our clients have to say…
We all know that exercise is good for us, but it can be hard to find the time and motivation to get started.
We understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals in and out of the gym. When you work out with Our Team Fitness you aren’t just another member… you’re part of the team.
Friendly Supportive Coaches Here To Guide and Motivate You To Get in The Best Shape of Your Life
Ready to meet a team that has your health, goals and happiness in their sights? We’re focused on helping you to make those big positive changes that will transform your life in so many ways.
When I created Our Team Fitness, my goal was to re-create everything that helped me recover from my life changing car accident. Our Team Fitness is my attempt to pay forward what everyone gave to me on my road to recovery. We are more then just a place to exercise, we are a community, support system, and a whole lot of fun!
Being a part of OTF means being a part of a family and community. Progress is individualized and you are held accountable for yourself through the trainers and the other members. The owner and trainers are personally involved in each clients’ progress. Because of this small group training atmosphere, there is a natural tendency to stay active and involved. You never want to skip a class!!

Favorite thing to do on Saturday Night: My favorite thing to do on a Saturday night is to relax with my family. If the weather is warm, we like to cook outside, enjoy a delicious dinner and make s’mores with Lillian and Parker by the firepit.
Kids Program Director
As a former collegiate athlete at Michigan State, the challenge is not only learning how to stay fit in a new lifestyle, but also figuring out how to fill that void. For me, being a part of OTF is like being a part of a team again! Coaching and motivating young athletes is a passion of mine and I understand what it takes physically and mentally to reach a high level of performance.
My philosophy in Strength and Conditioning is a combination of speed and agility, along with weight training. Developing a strong foundation in these areas are essential in a young athlete’s performance and will give them an edge over their competition as they progress in their sport.
